Kicking off our second full season and third year in Annapolis, Infinity Theatre Company presents on our mainstage Sisters of Swing: The Story of the Andrews Sisters directed by Jay Brock, Professor of Musical Theatre from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.
The lovely trio served overseas, helping thousands of soldiers get through World War II, and gave a feeling of security to the home front. There were never such devoted sisters - but their lives were not always as harmonious as their music. Sisters of Swing is a biographical memory show, dramatically giving you a sense of what it was like to live as three of the original pop divas.
Best known across the generations for the close harmony and jitterbug rhythm of songs such as "Boogie-Woogie Bugle Boy," "Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree," and "Shoo-Shoo Baby," the Andrews Sisters swing away this summer, and their greatest song, dance, and comedy routines come alive!
Sisters of Swing runs June 9th to July 1st. Tickets for this production as well as for Dames at Sea and for our children's shows are available by clicking here or by calling 877-501-8499.
